In 2017 he founded Atlas, a consulting company that helps digital innovation startups to develop a scalable business model that leads to a global market. Early blockchain & crypto adopter, he also worked as personal strategic consultant for blockchain innovation projects. Antonino Maira encouraged a strong data-driven approach and the development of a proprietary technological platform to manage Stardust activities. He made Stardust's business model scalable and today leads its expansion on a global market.

Class of '80, former professional journalist, author and TV presenter, European correspondent for the largest Asian magazines, he was among the first to ride the wave of digital transformation by bringing his skills into a new world to help Italian SMEs build their own social presence, managing and developing pages with millionaire fanbases such as "Che Fatica la Vita da Bomber" and dealing with communication for institutional brands such as Banca Mediolanum.

FinTech expert, is speaker in all the main blockchain conferences of the world, and cryptocurrency expert, as well as creator and curator of Dart 2121, the first museum exhibition of crypto-art in the world at the Museo della Permanente in Milan.

In Stardust he holds the role of Creative Director and reference for the whole Talent team.

A direct and determined professional, a curious observer, looking for knowledge and experiences that can redefine the landscape and inspire change. Flexible and teamwork lover. Thanks to her experience of over 25 years in Branding, Communication and Marketing, Camilla has led the transformation of many world-famous brands, in Ogilvy (Advertising), Twice Sim (online trading), Camelot (Promotion and PromoMovie), Italia Brand Group (Advertising, Digital, Events and Media relations) EY, EY Yello (digital & branding), and most recently as Chief Marketing Officer in Safilo Group. Camilla's experience was crucial in the development of Stardust's USP and its complete offering, guiding it in the transformation from a startup to a global company.

Fascinated by communication and new media, immediately after completing her studies in Communication, Media and Advertising, she began her career in the editorial office of UZone, at Mediaset.
Following the television experience and increasingly fascinated by the world of New Media, she moved to h-Art / Akqa in the role of digital project manager, continuing then in other digital communication agencies, such as We are Social and Publicis Sapient.

In 2018 he came into close contact with the web stars, working in WSC in the role of project manager and personal manager.
Her strong passion for the world of influencer marketing brings her today to Stardust where she holds the role of Head of Talents Management, managing not only the talents of the Stardust House but also a roster of over 500 external creators.

She began her career in the world of entertainment in 2013 in DueB Production, approaching the world of branded television content in the editorial field. In 2014 she began her work experience in YAM112003, a creative agency and television and event production house, where she acquired production and organization skills . Over the years she has gained experience in television projects, events, music videos and virtual events, working closely with brands and television networks.

Her strong passion for social media and the world of influencer marketing brings her to Stardust in May 2021 where she currently holds the role of Head of Production, managing the budget and operations of the units within the company.

Currently Creative Director on special projects for Stardust SpA, he has managed creative production for the last fifteen years. In more than thirty years of experience, he has experienced creative production from all points of view, moving between Production Houses, Advertising and Broadcasting Agencies, working - among others - in Discovery Channel Italia, MTV (Viacom Group), Lowe Lintas Pirella, Film Master, Leagas Delaney, TBWA.

Teacher of the Master in Content Design & Creation of Talent Garden, and permanent member of the Promax BDA jury since 2015.
